At age 100, this single story craftsman bungalow was lifted and almost completely reconstructed to create a new two story home.  Once the house was lifted, the existing basement and foundation were demolished.  The new foundation was constructed, and with the exception of the front section of the roof, the home was entirely reframed with a new floorplan, expanding the living space from 1,379 to 2,609 square feet.
